Goa chicken curry. Peppery but not too spicy, cooked in a tamarind and coconut broth. Rice Pilaf with peas, almonds and raisins, Cucumber raita, Watermelon with mint and lime granita. - $27 per person

Crimini Mushroom and Garlic Hot Pot, Beef Tenderloin with Chimichurri Sauce, Roasted Potatoes, Tossed Green Salad, Cheesecake with fresh fruit - $30 per person

PEKING CHICKEN DINNER

Caramelized chicken in thai sweet chili over Asian slaw with hoisin drizzle.  Jasmine rice.  Summer rolls.  Cucumber salad.  Tropical Ice Cream Sundaes. - $24 per person

CATCH OF THE DAY

The freshest fish (tuna, mahi mahi or sea bass) served with  pineapple salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo and chips, black beans and rice, picadillo, dessert of your choice. - $30 per person

Spanakopita: Filo Pockets filled with Spinach and Feta, Tsatsiki: Cucumber, Scallions, Mint, Dill and Yogurt, Grilled New Zealand Butterflied Leg of Lamb, Grilled Dorado, Tomato, Melon and Romaine Salad, Passion Fruit/Key Lime Pie with Strawberries - $45 per person

VEGETARIAN TAPAS SUPPER

Mushrooms al ajillo. Olives marinated in Orange and thyme.  Caprese kebabs. Oven roasted vegetables of the season.  Quinoa salad with hearts of palm.  Patatas bravas.  Tropical fruit plate. - $30 per person
